Mammography Technologist

Location: Miami, FL

Salary: $35-$38 hourly. The pay range is determined by years of experience

Certification Requirement: ARRT, Intergy experience a plus

Schedule:

Monday and Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

Tuesday - Thursday - Late night until 8PM (not a 12 hour shift, flexibility needed with schduling, and an off day off during the week)

Saturday - 7:30 am to 2:00 pm.

Requirements:

Ability to interact with patients in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and organizational skills.

Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Mammographer.

Ability to travel; some positions may require travel.

Active ARRT

Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform stereotactic procedures on a prone table.

Conduct mammogram exams on patients using Hologic units.

Obtain patient history, prior films/reports, and other relevant information.

Conduct breast biopsies.

Handle mammogram letters (results/reminders).

Perform Quality Control (QC) necessary for FDA/ACR compliance.

Provide imaging support to other modalities in the

Perform stereotactic breast procedures on patients.
