The Role
Key responsibilities include the following:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
Bridge the gap between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
Support current and future business needs by engaging, motivating, and retaining.
Enhance the overall experience of employees within the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment by fostering healthy relationships between management and staff.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance.
Oversee and manage all HR services functions.
Maintain the pay plan and benefits program to ensure fair compensation for employees.
Assess training needs and implement and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Provide decision support to management through HR metrics.
Qualifications
Proven working experience as senior HR or HR Manager
People oriented and results driven
Good communication both Thai and English
Good interpersonal skills and service minded
Excellent active listening and negotiation skills
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
