Overview To build and strengthen the character of Jr.

and Sr.

High School students through recreation (basketball). Responsibilities + Teach the students how to play/respect the game of basketball, enforcing the rules + Responsible for developing and running a 2-hour basketball program 1-2 times a week + for youth ages 12-19 + Responsible for developing and running a 2-hour basketball program once a week for youth ages 7-11 + Responsible for collecting the stats for the Corps Officer on a monthly basis + Responsible for the cleanliness of the gymnasium, hallways, and restroom facilities throughout the Corps building + Notify the Youth Assistant of any issues + Report to the Youth Assistant any problems, injuries, or incidents involving the property, program and/or the participants + The Assistant Basketball Coach reports directly to the Youth assistant regarding all youth and family recreation related issues + The Assistant Basketball Coach is responsible for maintaining a safe and structured environment.
