Senior QA Automation Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, test automation, and experience in the fintech domain. In addition to technical expertise, exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automated test suites for web and mobile applications using industry-leading tools and frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, identify test scenarios, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate the quality of software releases.

Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.

Participate in requirement analysis and review sessions to provide input on testability, usability, and overall product quality.

Actively engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on testing progress, and address any concerns or feedback.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

4-6 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation.

Proven experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Experience working in the fintech domain is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
