EPSI – a distribution company servicing the surface finishing industry with presence in all major global markets.

SBM – a commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases commercial real estate.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Engineer to help sell our masking and rack solutions to OEMs and large companies in the surface finishing industry in the Asian region. We are seeking a creative individual that will help develop new products and conceive of product solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

Support sales efforts and goals with solution selling into prospect account base

Partner with sales and business leaders to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles

Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity

Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions

Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition

Manage all technical aspects of customer requests for information and our Company responses

Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements

Collect and document competitive intelligence

Qualifications and Skills

Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer

Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions

Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with all decision makers

Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in manufacturing and industrial sectors

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent presentation and creativity skills

Willingness to travel extensively through Asia

BA/BS degree or equivalent, in mechanical or industrial engineering.

A degree in business a plus.
