Position Overview:

The Production and Process Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing manufacturing efficiency and product quality across our operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in chemical process engineering, particularly in the areas of wafer processing and electronic packaging materials. This is a full-time, in-person position located at our manufacturing facilities in Princeton Junction, NJ. The salary range for this position is $50-80,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and optimize processes for the production of thermal interface materials, conformal coatings, and electronic adhesives.

Implement and refine production techniques that align with our clean and advanced manufacturing principles.

Collaborate with R&D to scale up new products from development to commercial production efficiently.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards throughout manufacturing processes.

Lead initiatives to improve process capability, reduce variability, and ensure consistent quality in end products.

Address technical challenges in process integration and maintain rigorous standards in environmental and safety compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment focused on electronic materials or similar products.

Demonstrated success in project management and process improvement in a high-tech manufacturing setting.

Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of leading cross-functional projects.Company Description
