Pay Rate: $33-$38/hour

Position Responsibilities :

Arrive on the plant floor before shift changes to confer with management, engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other considerations to facilitate the production processes.

All processing issues and concerns are to be communicated to the Manufacturing Manager.

Performs all process verification, verifies all process verification sheets, and responds to all process deviation sheets.

Directly responsible for monitoring and maintaining process in accordance with master setup sheets in the Job Book.

Document all process changes per internal procedures.

Set tools if needed per production schedule.

Follow all departmental operational procedures relating to the set-up, operation and shutdown of jobs.

Troubleshooting of injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and process issues and receiving approval to change the process if necessary. Reports and/or repairs tooling issues if capable to Manufacturing Manager.

Responsible for keeping any equipment in good working order; this involves regular inspections, cleaning, servicing, and maintenance. Document any noted clear or malfunction of equipment to ensure proper repair to equipment is completed in a timely manner.

Instruct all employees as to overall functions of equipment being used and be confident that all involved personnel have the necessary knowledge to operate all machinery in a safe productive manner.

Maintains employee relations, daily timecard accuracy, and performance reviews.

Attend various meetings and be able to communicate instructions.

Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of the production floor.

Adherence to all MIOSHA safety requirements.

Required Experience:

Must have 2+ years of previous robotic programming experience

Must have 2+ years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing setting

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Preferred Background:

5-7 years of Plastics Injection Molding experience

Star Robots and Hyrobotics Robots experience

5-7 of processing experience GTA Questions :

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:

If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms.
