YOUR TASKS:

Wash pots, pans, delicate plate ware, and small wares

Comply with Doshi’s quality standards and national food safety standards

Proper handling of kitchen equipment and appliances

Clean and sanitize work areas during and after shifts (such as floors, trash cans, dish pit)

Unload and properly store kitchen deliveries

Assist fellow team members with tasks whenever able, including prep and plating

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 16 or older

Commitment to continuous learning and growth

Able to remain calm and communicate effectively during stressful situations

Able to hear, see and speak

Maintain a clean and professional appearance

Able to stand or walk up to eight hours at a time

Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
