Conduct individual and small group counseling sessions in response to the identified needs of individuals and groups of students.

Assist students with course selection c.

Provide school-to-college-to-career counseling activities 2.

Fulfill professional responsibilities a.

Maintain confidentiality b.

Maintain records consistent with ethical and legal guidelines c.

Utilize technology effectively in the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities 3.

Case manage 504 plans 4.

Coordinate standardized testing 5.

Participate in special education planning Current IL PEL with endorsement in school counseling
