Job Title: Key Account Manager Location: Karachi, Pakistan Client: Drinking Bottled Water Company Responsibilities: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the bottled water industry.
- Understand the unique needs and objectives of each account and develop customized strategies to meet their requirements and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to key accounts.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and risks within key accounts.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and account activities to senior management.
- Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts to optimize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by key accounts, providing prompt resolutions and building positive long-term relationships.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in key account management, preferably within the FMCG or bottled water industry.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
