Admin Assoc, Staff

This role is primarily responsible for Admin Associate. Primary purpose of this position is to support sales team for the back-office work. Coordinates with internal/external Customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Backend Support for field sales team.

CRM Support

Should be able to work efficiently on SAP.

Cross functional collaboration for follow ups.

Addressing customer queries and recording all correspondence with customers.

Maintaining, updating Customer data in MDG.

Preparing sales and service contracts and agreements.

Following up on customer queries and complaints.

Documentation w.r.t RGA, NVF, service extensions etc.

Follow ups with SMI, sales teams, and customers on PO, lot nos. AR, Invoice copies etc.

What You Bring:

Graduate or MBA.

Experience 2 to 4 years in related field

Excellent Communication skills

Knowledge of organization processes

Experience in Microsoft Office Applications.

Positive attitude and team spirit.

Familiarity with SOP.

Should have knowledge of SAP.
