What we are looking for:
The Client Services Manager will manage all aspects of delivering best-in-class client service management to clients focused on high quality service, growth of business and retention across a diversified broad range of investment solutions including both public and private markets strategies, across the EMEA region. This is a broad role that encompasses elements of client relationship management, sales support, system and process maintenance and improvement, and therefore lends itself to an individual that enjoys having multiple concurrent workstreams to manage and who likes being able to make a big positive impact. The team’s focus is to deliver industry-leading client experience and deepen existing client relationships.
This role is based in London and will play a key role in helping the team servicing existing clients in the institutional and financial intermediary channels.
Your responsibilities:
First point of contact in all client-related items
Coordinating all aspects for the client journey (Agreement management, onboarding, client relationship management etc.)
Maintaining client database such as salesforce and other related tools, ensuring data is relevant, clean, and reporting functionality is optimal.
Partner closely with all channels including regional sales, investment teams, RFP Team, Product, Legal & Compliance and the Marketing team to ensure an integrated effort with regards to projects, process improvements and other value-add initiatives.
Regular client reporting and managing dissemination of thought leadership to clients.
Participating in educational meetings to enhance education and build the Fiera Capital brand in the industry
Potential ad-hoc task could contain
Work across teams with current initiatives to drive the business forward
Attend industry conferences
Research and present market/competitive analysis including market intelligence, demands, pertinent trends to internal partners on an ongoing basis
Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

Skills and experience
Relevant industry experience in the institutional client service
Experience coordinating and leading complex client and new fund onboardings.
Awareness of the regulatory requirements
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience managing relationships preferably with institutional clients (pension plans, foundations, endowments, insurance clients, etc.);
Education
Degree Level or relevant industry experience
Appropriate registrations necessary upon hiring
Additional Information:
Fiera Capital adheres to a hybrid working environment with 3 days in-office per week
