Overview/ Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Change Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of change management, including review and validation of change management artifacts, coordination with the Cloud Operation team and Change approval board. You will play a critical role in ensuring that changes to our systems and processes are implemented smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with partners to understand and validate detailed change requirements, including impact analysis, risk assessment, and change scheduling.

· Develop and maintain change management artifacts such as change records, change plans, and change implementation schedules.

· Coordinate change approval meetings with all Change management stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is available for review.

· Facilitate discussions and provide guidance during change approval process to ensure a thorough review of change requests, including consideration of potential impacts and risks.

· Assist in the identification and mitigation of potential risks and issues associated with changes.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful implementation of approved changes.

· Monitor and report on the status of change requests, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

· Continuously improve change management processes and tools by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

· Proven experience in change management coordination or a related role with 3-5 years of experience

· Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

· Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple change requests simultaneously.

· Knowledge of ITIL principles and certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation) is a plus.
