Team And Role Overview
Our Cloud Division is the first, entirely cross-asset platform offered on the Cloud that centralizes trade processing, workflow management, risk, collateral management, margining, accounting, compliance, and regulatory reporting. We are looking for an Application Management Analyst to assist a growing team responsible for providing best-in-class service to the largest financial institutions across the globe in the capital markets space. Responsibilities
In-depth, hands-on involvement facilitating technical implementations on the integration of our Calypso solution (interfaces, component setup, capacity planning, and non-functional/performance requirements)
Gather requirements and assist our cloud operations team in comprehending these requirements by providing the step-by-step breakdown for implementation tasks
Work directly with our implementation team and customer to inform, plan, and coordinate all aspects of Cloud technical integration
Reproduce suspected bugs, and document detailed client issue scenarios. Provide development teams with comprehensive information to facilitate permanent solutions. Be able to explain the product behavior to cloud operations/product-specific Teams or the client directly
Collaborate with the platform team/operations team and evolution team on identifying the issue by analyzing the technical setup, debugging logs, replicating issues, and providing technical guidance that assists in issue resolution
Coordinate with Dev ops and R & D to facilitate and drive the areas of automation for activities that are manual, error-prone, and time-consuming
Facilitate clarification on requested software changes and improvements. Work with our Cloud operations Team to document the technical aspects of these changes and new functionalities
Proactively monitor the infrastructure setup using tools like Grafana
Skills And Requirements
Minimum of 3-7 years working in IT projects within the capital markets industry
Must have had exposure to a project environment or have technical support experience (at least 2 years) catering to L2 / L3 responsibilities
Literate in IT technologies, particularly around interfaces Cloud technologies, and Java principles
Basic understanding of Kubernetes infrastructure
Basic Linux shell scripting, and Python scripts to help automate procedures
At least 2 years of Calypso experience
Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in mathematics, Computer Science, or I.T
Excellent communication skills. Will be working hands-on with customers and other Adenza departments.
Agile/project methodology exposure and strong organizational skills to manage/track multiple tasks
Basic ITIL knowledge
Ability to articulate procedures and create reusable reference documents, ability to engage with clients, and manage escalated situations
Excellent attention to detail, an organized approach in a multi-tasking environment, and strong problem-solving/facilitation abilities
