Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experience professional to join our team as a Leasing Director for a 1200 unit property, located in Union NJ. As the Leasing Director, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our leasing operations and maximizing occupancy.

Duties and Responsibilities

Directs activities of workers engaged in all aspects of leasing.

Ensure prompt response to phone calls and emails from guests.

Reviews unit availability on a daily basis.

Walks tour paths, vacant units and make-readies on a daily basis to ensure the model apartments and target apartments are ready for show.

Actively lease apartments

Shops competitive properties and prepares market comparison.

Assist property manager.

Prepares and manages leasing team work schedule and demonstrates flexibility with hours and days worked.
