The Customer Service Representative will assist the organization with enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing service, and building meaningful customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities:
Receiving, processing, and coordinating all incoming sales inquiries
Respond to internet, phone and chat/text inquires
Generating sales appointments and confirming sales team is prepared
Entering all customer data into our database
Maintain a positive relationship with customers
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
