Now Hiring: Multi-Talented Team Members

Join our growing team at Herb & Fire Pizzeria, a fast-casual Italian restaurant with wood-fired pizzas. Not only do we provide the freshest ingredients to our guests, but we also strive to provide superior hospitality. Herb & Fire is looking for positive, driven, and dependable team members to provide our guests with an experience they will not forget.

We are currently looking to fill a full-time Team Leader Position.

The hours for this position would be approximately 35-40 hours per week.

Duties & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

Ensure that all our guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.

Ensure that all food and beverages are consistently prepared and served according to our recipes, portioning, cooking, and quality standards.

Help to achieve our company objectives in sales, service, quality, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of team members and creating a positive, productive working environment.

Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

Continually strive to develop your team members in all areas.

Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.

Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with our companys policies.

Provide suggestions to the General Manager as needed to improve overall operations.

Qualifications:

Have knowledge of service as well as food and beverage, generally involving at least one year of

Fast Casual Restaurant Experience.

Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate the Mobilebytes POS system.

Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and the use of email.

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and periodically lift up to 20-25 pounds

Possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented, professional approach to leadership.
