A leading company in equipment maintenance is seeking skilled individuals to join their team. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a passion for construction plant fitting to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prioritise safety and follow established protocols.

Perform maintenance and repair on company products, including construction plant, industrial engines, and marine applications.

Service and repair various components, including engines, transmissions, axles, and hydraulic systems.

Work with electrical systems, conducting tests and inspections.

Participate in training programs and skill development.

Ensure physical capability to meet job demands and safety standards.

Maintain accurate records using our internal systems.

Report any issues or additional requirements to the appropriate manager.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications Required:

Fully qualified with a recognised trade certificate.

Possess a Full Clean Driving Licence (Trailer category advantageous).

Skills and Abilities:

Strong diagnostic abilities.

Proficiency in computer usage.

Effective communication and report writing skills.

Previous experience in machinery service and maintenance is beneficial.
