**Job Title:** HR Manager

**Job Overview:**

The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. They manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration. The HR Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the organization's overall goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Recruitment and Onboarding:**

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.

- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

2. **Employee Relations:**

- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

- Resolve conflicts and disputes in a fair and timely manner, promoting a positive work culture.

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances as needed.

3. **Performance Management:**

- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and facilitate goal-setting discussions between employees and managers.

- Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.

4. **Training and Development:**

- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

- Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both internally and externally, to support employee development.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

5. **Compensation and Benefits:**

- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.

- Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.

- Manage employee benefits enrollment and provide guidance on benefit options.

6. **HR Administration:**

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data.

- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in human resources management.

- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Experience with HRIS and other HR software applications.

- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
