Mission of the Role:
To lead the development efforts, negotiate with product owners and project development leader to ensure the deliverables are aligned with the expectations. Establish tactical plans to improve any impediments for project execution, managing team's capacity and capability to deliver. Responsible for addressing any cross-team dependencies and helps to coordinate with the team to keep dependencies in sync for successful project delivery
Key Objectives of this Role:
Responsible for designing and developing project plans by prioritizing project objectives and deliverable timelines, managing resource allocations, and setting clear targets for delivery. Ensures that the projects are tracked and progressed as per the plan by eliminating risks, escalating issues, and ensuring quality standards are met and followed.

Deliver to the plan for all projects

Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Master's / bachelor's degree in business management
12 - 16+ years of relevant experience preferably in regional or global environment.
Experience collaborating with Executive Team and Business Leaders.
Embedded Software Development experience using C with work experience on Infrastructure
Experience in Complex Device Drivers (CDD), RTE and SW application components in AUTOSAR.
Experience in using the VECTOR Davinci tool and could configure and generate the OS, MCAL, BSW will be added advantage.
Experience in MCAL configuration using TRESOS
Problem solving and debugging skills on AUTOSAR 4.2.1
Should be able to apply scripting languages where possible to minimize manual overheads
Experience in handling 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers, ADCs/ PWMs, TIMERs and Interfacing the Peripherals such as I/O devices, EEPROM, ADC, FLASH memory
Display interfaces devices using I2C/SPI/UART/CAN/LIN
Understanding of the electrical circuit diagrams/Layouts
Experience in Automotive background is mandatory
Should be result oriented
Good knowledge in software development life cycle, agile methodologies and should possess good communication skills
