We are currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will lead the product intake, backlog prioritization, strategy, and roadmap of the Salesforce platform. Furthermore, you will lead the team with discovery to create a development-ready story to be handed off to the development team. The company is looking for a candidate with Agile framework experience. The role requires strong leadership across multiple teams and departments, the ability to communicate with influence, and a technical aptitude

The ideal candidate will have proven Salesforce product knowledge as well as the ability and experience to demonstrate how they have improved efficiencies in product management using their product expertise.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

. Work with business groups to understand demand.

. Collaborate with the business to develop detailed requirements.

. Lead many of the Agile ceremonies and will ensure the team meets its goals on time and within budget.

. Managing integration across the platform is also a key role.

. Collaborating with Product Owner to gather and formulate requirements.

Required Qualifications:

. Four year Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field

. 2-4 year's experience as a Business Analyst

. 4+ year's experience leading a technical team while simultaneously managing multiple projects

. 2+ year's experience with the Agile methodology

. Working closely with our business stakeholders and engineers to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level.

. Analyze business requirements to identify gaps and translate requirements into functional user stories

. Document business requirements in form of Epics and user stories, groom them with required

stakeholders and get them approved from the client

. Conduct requirement prioritization sessions with the client, maintain a healthy product backlog and

effectively manage both product and sprint backlogs

. Formulate techniques for effective Product Backlog Management and make sure goals, scope and product

domain are understood by every member in the Scrum Team properly

. Requirement gathering, AS-IS, TO-BE flows, PRD/FRD writing

. Demo the working solutions to the business stakeholders, address questions and document feedback into the product backlog to be developed in the next build cycle

. Work with development teams to share product vision, clarify queries, resolve issues & provide solutions

. Develop and maintain all documents and deliverables for clients for all phases of the project to

substantially build the system functionalities

. Experience in implementing one of the Clouds (Sales/ Service)

. Should have very good communication and presentation skills

. Experience in leading functional teams, bridging cross application gaps and communicate effectively across stack

Preferred Experience:

. Service Cloud experience

. Strong accountability planning/organization and teamwork

. Highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional or potentially controversial situations.

. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle

. Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud/ Experience Cloud Certification or PD1 (at least 1 consultant certification)

. Hands on experience in Requirement management tools like JIRA, ALM, ServiceNow, etc...
