You will be working as Senior Process Analyst at global grade 13 and will be part of Finance Services business for Finance and Accounting Operations division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Continuous Improvement Manager and will be responsible to provide financial expertise to their assigned organization by compiling and analyzing various relevant metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific business

Your responsibilities

Working in an agile environment to record and analyze business requirements, convert business requirements to system requirements and user stories ensuring requirements are actionable, measurable, testable, traceable and satisfy the needs of both Business and IT stakeholders

Experience in creating Process Design Document (PDD) or requirement document, exception management, facilitate PDD/Requirement document sign-off

Detail understating of Finance processes (AP, AR, RR etc.) is must or any two business domain (Finance OR HR)

Understanding about improvement & automation opportunity with VBA, Power App, Power automate, Power BI & New technology.

Ensure the current business process is fully understood and documented via the process design document

Experience in RPA process design and automation best practices. Expertise in creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Your background

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.

5-8 year experience in creating Process Design Document (PDD) for RPA developments.

Expertise in creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT.

Strong functional background and drive process diagnostic to identify process improvement opportunity using digital technologies independently
