Marketing Executive

• Involving in Market Segmentation and targeting the customers group by developing the appropriate strategies

• Gathering Customer Requirements, Processing & odder execution via meeting customers, giving product demos, clearing their queries, processing the inputs to design team

• Handling customer complaints and taking corrective/preventive actions

• Customer Feedback collection, analysing and updating of the conclusions to the concerned

• Doing Competitor products analysis

• Maintaining Post-delivery relations with the customers

• Periodical analysis of the product enhancements by competitors and giving the inputs to design team

• Regular data maintenance and generation of MIS reports

• Need to go on On-Duty as per the business requirement to the concerned location anywhere in India as per the need
