Responsibilities:
Project Delivery:
• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of .NET projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and
budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
• Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment within the .NET ecosystem.
• Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
Team Leadership:
• Provide leadership and guidance to .NET development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize team productivity and meet project objectives.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their
professional growth.
Scrum Master Role:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance their understanding and
effectiveness.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the progress of the development team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Agile values and principles.
Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and
issues.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and ensure
alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage expectations and negotiate scope changes as necessary to meet evolving business requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a .NET developer with a deep understanding of .NET frameworks, languages, and
tools.
• Previous experience in a project management or delivery management role, preferably within the
software development industry.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
