About the role:

We are seeking an Automation Designer with expertise in Business Process Management tool Bizagi. This role is part of our Finance Operations team, which plays a crucial role in providing operational financial services to the entire DHL Group.

Job Responsibilities:

Leading digitization projects, taking ownership of solution definition and process automation implementation.

Utilizing BPM tools 'Bizagi' and integrating with cutting-edge technologies such as UiPath (RPA).

Collaborating with process analysts, automation architects, and project managers to design process automation solutions.

Working in an agile project setup with product backlogs and user stories.

Support accounting departments in process optimization, IT system enhancements, and digitalization opportunities. Your expertise will contribute to the strategic development of the finance department in terms of profitability, efficiency, and quality.

Job Requirements:

3-4years of professional experience in digitization or IT-related projects.

Proficient in BPM tools - Bizagi.

Programming skills in C#, VB.NET, SQL, VBA, and/or JavaScript.
