Job Title: ArcSight Engineer/Analyst

Location: ANY LOCATION (EXPERIENCE 8+) (immediately willing to travel to Singapore)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced ArcSight Engineer/Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing, managing, and optimizing ArcSight solutions in enterprise environments. They should possess deep technical expertise in ArcSight and related cybersecurity technologies, along with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain ArcSight infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

Implement and configure ArcSight components such as Logger, Connector, ESM, and ArcMC.

Develop and maintain custom rules, filters, and correlation content to enhance threat detection capabilities.

Integrate ArcSight with various IT systems and applications, including Firewall, Network Devices, Windows and Unix servers, etc.

Implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) setups for ArcSight to ensure business continuity.

Upgrade ArcSight components to the latest versions and migrate data between components as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss tool licenses, scalability, and architectural scenarios.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including FIPS Mode requirements.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.

Qualifications:

hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing ArcSight solutions in enterprise environments.

Proficiency in ArcSight components such as Logger, Connector, ESM, and ArcMC.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.

Experience with continuous whitelisting of events and developing custom rules for threat detection.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
