Selected Candidate will be responsible for:Coordination with different Branches, Factories and HO on People issues i.e.Talent Acquistion, Engagement, Performance Management, L&D.Will also work on C&B as well as Legal Matters.
Prerequisites: MBA in HR or MSW with around 10 years of experience in Generalist HR. Should be Tech Savy- worked on ERP/ HCM models and analytical tools.
