Location: Kanpur, Work from office

Shift: 7.00 PM TO 4.00 AM (IST).

Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (Gathering Requirements, Candidate Prospecting, Candidate Screening, Negotiations, Candidate Submission, follow-up, Interview & on-boarding etc.)

Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and social media

Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets

Should have good work experience on W2 requirements specially on IT and Non-IT

Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, and other

Job boards), Making job postings on the Job Portal

Experience working in MSP/VMS model

Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills

Strong Communication skills
