Senior Payroll Accountant (Hybrid)

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Accountant to join our team.

The Senior Payroll Accountant will be responsible for payroll analysis for all companies within our organization and will serve as a backup for payroll processing when needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, analysis, and compliance, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position is 2 days remote per week after initial onboarding period.

Responsibilities:

Perform payroll analysis for all companies within the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Serve as a backup for payroll processing, including processing payroll, calculating wages, and preparing payroll reports

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll

Maintain payroll records and files in accordance with company policies and procedures

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, and taxes

Stay up-to-date on payroll regulations and compliance requirements

Assist with special payroll projects as needed

Full Time
