With general guidance from the Senior Director of Business Operations, the Educational Program Coordinator for ACUHO-I (Association of College and University Housing Officers-International) facilitates and makes independent decisions regarding high-quality educational programs, knowledge resources, and services for campus housing and residence life professionals across the globe. Focusing on supporting several key areas of the education portfolio, including DEI programming and affinity network support, the Educational Program Coordinator assists in the development and execution of continuing and new content offerings that are fresh and relevant to housing and residence life professionals and consistent with the Association’s mission and its strategic priorities; acts as a key leader in the implementation of our expanding virtual programing; serves as a liaison between the home office and various volunteer leaders, subject matter experts, and committees across the organization; plans and collaborates with other ACUHO-I staff on marketing, communications, and budgeting; coordinates development of content with subject matter experts and resources for assigned knowledge areas; develops and maintains productive partnerships internal and external to the Association. Travel maybe 15%-20% for this position.

Additional Information:

Education/Experience:

Required: Bachelor's Degree in non-profit management, public administration, adult learning, or relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 4 years full-time experience in association or non-profit management.

Desired: Master's Degree in non-profit management, public administration, adult learning, or relevant field. 5-8 years full time experience in planning and implementing adult learning programming. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage concurrent projects.

Pay range: $49,800-$66,400.

Offers within this pay range are based on candidate qualifications, departmental budget and internal equity.
