Delivery and Catering Specialist

At NaanStop, our mission is to make Indian food comfortable and approachable by preparing mom’s recipes from scratch & serving our guests with warm hospitality. We use family recipes to serve fresh, quality Indian food in a fast-casual environment!

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Our catering team prepares, packages and delivers mom's recipes to loyal NaanBelivers daily. You are crucial to satisfying our guests desire for a high-quality, timely, and consistent experience! A delivery and catering specialist also encourages new and repeat business through face-to-face marketing. This role is an active part of the NaanStop team and requires working alongside the in-store team to fulfill and package orders while practicing teamwork!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Deliver and present catering orders according to NaanStop standard to offices, homes, and event spaces

· Required to email photos of every catering setup within 10 minutes of final setup time

· Marketing to business and event coordinators through flyering and sampling

· Communicating with guests via phone regarding order details and timeliness

· Work with in-store team to prepare and package orders for delivery

· Providing friendly, quality customer service to each potential and current NaanStop guest

· Setting the highest standards in punctuality, communication, service, and teamwork

Availability is required primarily Monday – Friday from 8 am to 1 pm with some work on evenings and weekends (10 – 20%)

· Option to work in-store for additional income

QUALIFICATIONS:

Punctuality – Reliability is the most important ability!

Strong worth ethic and determination to get through any challenge

Outgoing, positive and professional personality

Excellent communication skills

Ability to lift 50lb

Valid driver’s license, clean vehicle and car insurance required

Innovative Problem-Solving – Delivery drivers may be faced with various challenges when dropping off and setting up orders. Must be able to think on your feet!

COMPENSATION:

· $15-$20/hr (varies based on tips)
