About The Position- Daily Activities Include:
Verbal and Email-Handle Delivery Expedite Requests from Customers
Prepare Quotations or Delivery Info via Verbal or Email Delivery to Customer or Field Sales Rep
Prepare Basic Sales Reports using EXCEL and Pivot Tables
Incoming and Outgoing Daily Calls with Our Industrial Distributors and Sales Reps
Place Outgoing Customer and Follow-up Telephone Calls
Tracking Projects and Quotations
Assorted Excel Spread Sheets (Excel Spread Sheet Experience a MUST)
Candidate Must Have:
Strong Multi-tasking Skills
Ability to Work to Deadlines
Demonstration & Documentable Inside Sales, Sales Administrator or Customer Service Experience at Business to Business Level (PLEASE NO RETAIL APPLICANTS)
4+ Year B2B Industrial INSIDE SALES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE Experience
Excellent time management skills; ability to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail.
Proficiencies in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook Email
Strong Command of English Language Both Spoken and WrittenCompany Description
