Billing Specialist (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Join our growing construction company! We are searching for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Process invoices for construction projects in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain accurate customer records and track outstanding balances

Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors regarding billing inquiries

Prepare reports on billing metrics and collections

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable or receivable or a related field (preferred)

Strong understanding of billing procedures

Proficient in Quickbooks

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Competitive starting salary of $17-$19 per hour, commensurate with experience
