Our Learning and Development department seeks a learning consultant/Senior Learning Consultant that has experience consulting with senior stakeholders and business partners to design, develop and facilitate custom learning journeys and solutions. If you have learning and development experience with a focus in consulting, adult learning and coaching, this role may be a great fit for you!

Starting Pay: The pay range for this position is $66,500-$117,500 annually. Pay is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

design, develop and facilitate workshops and leadership programs

partner directly with stakeholders to uncover learning and development needs

consult with stakeholders and business partners to develop custom learning journeys and solutions

manage and participate in the full learning cycle: needs analysis, design, development, execution and evaluation

identify behavioral problems and assess potential solutions

use scientific and data driven approaches for behavioral change

incorporate the latest adult learning methodologies to determine training design and delivery modalities

fully execute on and manage relationships as a key liaison with internal business partners

partner with other L&D team members to design, develop and deliver solutions outside of core responsibilities

Be equipped with:

the confidence to present and facilitate in a credible manner in front of senior-level audiences

To be an entry-level learning consultant, bring education and experience from:

three to five years of consulting experience

previous learning and development experience with a focus in curriculum and program development

behavioral assessment experience and coaching experience (preferred)

Microsoft® Teams and Adobe® experience

a bachelors degree in I/O psychology (preferred) or a related field

To be an experienced level learning consultant, bring education and experience from:

more than five years of experience in learning consulting (required); more than eight years is preferred

experience consulting executive-level stakeholders through complex initiatives

expertise in developing and facilitating leadership workshops and programs at a senior level

experience coaching senior-level leaders

experience mentoring and coaching less experienced team members

experience in learning and behavioral development

behavioral assessment experience and coaching experience (preferred)

Microsoft® Teams and Adobe® experience

a master’s degree in I/O psychology (preferred) or a related field
