Position requirements

. Proven history as a baker

. Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary baking techniques

. Proficiency in shaping dough, proofing, and baking a variety of breads and pastries

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
