Position Information: As a Billing Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in interacting with our customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist with billing-related issues.

Hours: 40 hours/week (non-exempt), Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm and to accommodate your needs, you can start as early as 7 am and finish accordingly.

Starting Pay Rate: Market comparable (Depending on Qualifications)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Interact with patients via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on billing issues.

Field customer questions and complaints, escalating to specialists or managers when necessary.

Maintain customer accounts and records, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions.

Take appropriate actions to resolve customers' problems and concerns.

Review patient credit balances and initiate refund requests.

Assist customers with financial hardship questions and applications.

Process patient payments and assist with accounts receivable tasks.

Qualification Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
