MOL 2030+ strategy has been delivered with the coordination of our team, while the team also participated in dozens of successful M&A, and major strategic investment projects in the recent years, such as the acquisition of close to 10% in the giant ACG oil field complex for USD 1.5+ bn, purchase of 100+ retails sites in Slovenia and 400+ in Poland or the USD 1.5+ bn polyol plant investment in Hungary. The number and diversity of our projects and magnitude of the investments is unique within the whole CEE region.

In this role your will have the chance to get known not only the oil and gas business itself, but several new directions that MOL is currently analysing in line with the MOL 2030+ Strategy.

Your key challenge will be to develop financial evaluations for M&A opportunities and strategic investment projects, to support the decision-making process and external negotiations, to provide strategic analysis and specific company/industry-related researches

The analyst team is acknowledged as a talent pool within the company and we also put great emphasis on the professional development of our colleagues. The position reports directly to Head of Analysis & Business Evaluation.

What are the basic requirements to be successful in this role?

We are looking for you with BSc/MSc degree in Economics with financial background and preferably 1-4 years of experience. Corporate Finance or Investment Analysis specialisation is an advantage.

To be a successful candidate, it is essential to have solid financial modelling skills and to be able to build complex business cases.

It is also crucial that you can synthetize information received from multiple sources and to prepare coherent and consistent evaluations, while having fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
