Field Office Manager:

DPR Construction is seeking a Field Office Manager with at least 3+ years of commercial construction experience. This individual will work closely with all members of the project team (project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and related project administration staff), in addition to the trade partners. This position will require the person to be in a jobsite office. Field office Managers’ responsibilities include the following:

General office/jobsite items

Day-to-day communication with the PM’s and PE’s and Superintendents for Subcontracts:

ALL TRADES and VENDORS under DIRECT SUBCONTRACT to DPR.

ALL TRADES and VENDORS under SUBCONTRACT to DPR SPW.

Monitor weekly report and enter initial enrollments (NOAs) only.

Manage DocuSign for all subcontracts and other approvals requiring signature or initials.

Assist Project Manager(s) with preparations and generation of all Subcontracts, Service Agreements, and Long Form PO’s. Precon/PM’s generates Attachment 2 (A2) and Request for Subcontract (RFS), FOC inputs information into CMiC and generates documents – for both DPR and DPR Self-Perform Teams.

Issue Sales Tax Exemption documents through DocuSign and manage associated log for proper documentation.

Be final quality control check to all Subcontracts for both DPR and DPR Self-Perform issues.

Support and assist when needed for ACC Build.

Support Project Teams for reports, functional changes or meeting needs within the NCB.

CMiC Archiving (uploading documents) in CMiC such as executed subcontracts and insurance documents.

Participate in Precon to Operations Trade turnover meetings to understand scope and clarifications that support Subcontract issuance.

Updating Subcontract Logs, manage contract attachments as for revisions or added future phases.

Coordinate with Project Controls Team for WBS and Phase Codes to ensure Contracts are in alignment with project requirements.

Distribute and manage NCB key card access for DPR, Client, and resident Trade Partners.

Ensure the needs of the NCB are met for functionality, supplies, food, IT coordination, maintenance, and general aesthetics.

Maintain Admin access to NCB Room Booking.

On-site contact for TRADE PARTNER room booking needs.

Maintain Directable Account (NCB screen sharing over televisions)

Maintain Office Supply Account

Maintain overall aesthetic in NCB.

Manage mail distribution.

Contact/Liaison for Cleaning Service for NCB

Coordinating daily cleaning crews/porters to ensure all areas of the NCB is organized and clean.

Assist with General visitors to the NCB when necessary – escorting, PPE, and lunch provided.

Project Contact Directory Ownership.

Ordering, designing, and distributing swag.

Coordinating various industry celebration weeks, quarterlies, Taking Care of People (TCOP) events, topping out events, business meetings, Black Hat events and swag, One Voice events and swag. Expectation is this will be as part of a larger team.

Monthly coding of purchase card transactions.

Creating and upkeeping slideshow shown in building and in break tents.

Planning/ordering/coordinating daily lunch for ADMIN Staff including client.

Tracking/managing visitors/meetings/holidays for extra or reduced lunches.

Coordinating and communicating with vendors for NCB snacks and drinks.

Coordinating with vendor for walk-off mats - weekly pick up and distribution.

Coordinating with vendor for coffee supplies bi-weekly.

Managing visitor PPE and being the primary contact for some.

Manage all aspects of craft new hire On-boarding to include processing new hire packets and entering proper information into WorkDay

Enter craft time and maintain manpower log for all craft.

Process craft hire/re-hires/terminations and Change of Status information into WorkDay.

Will serve as a Point of Contact for craft employees to answer questions and concerns.

Process Health Insurance and Direct Deposit forms into WorkDay

Submit per diem for traveling craft as needed.

Maintain manpower tracking report for the project.

Work with Regional and National Team Members for Craft support (HR, Craft Benefits Generalist, Craft Take Care Of People (TCOP), Recruiters, Payroll, Safety Team)

Utilize company systems such as WorkDay, LaborChart, Rhumbix, CMiC, ClickSafety, HammerTech to enter data & run/generate reports as needed.

Assist with tracking of Craft trainings through Hammertech.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage tasks, produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) ability to read, write and speak is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to create and support team morale and work well in a team.

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficient in Bluebeam.

Flexible in day-to-day tasks.

Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.

People centric and self-motivated.

Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
