Overview:

The candidate will manage a team of testing and automation developers that act as an integral part of a DevSecOps team. The team lead will ensure that processes are developed and delivered that ensures quality software delivery.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that SLAs are met for code quality, test coverage, and escape defects are met while actively operating to improve team velocity.

Qualifications:

Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) certification.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester certification within 6 months

Experience developing and implementing efficient and effective testing strategies, test conditions and test scripts for projects.

Proven ability to ensure appropriate testing coverage and requirements traceability through the creation, implementation and enhancement of comprehensive test plans, test cases/user stories, test steps and test automation.

Proven experience testing in Agile Software Development environment.

Experience defining clear expectations for all testing tasks, including inputs and outputs.

Experience implementing test tools to support test automation, performance testing, and code coverage; ie. Selenium and SonarQube.

Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, scripts, and creating test data for Agile Software Development team; including functional, integration, regression, data integrity and stress testing as well as assisting with user acceptance.
