Responsibilities:

Maintain recruitment and new hire tracking documentation, including overseeing paperwork and onboarding processes.

Coordinate start dates with new employees and hiring managers.

Schedule candidate travel and provide relocation assistance as needed.

Conduct surveys for new employees and hiring managers.

Manage referral and sign-on bonuses.

Generate weekly Pars Reports.

Send welcome emails to corporate hires.

Provide regular updates to hiring managers.

Collaborate with staffing agencies on open requisitions.

Organize orientation for Director-level hires and above.

Prepare and distribute recruitment metrics slides to the VP on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Handle recruitment-related invoicing for payroll.

Coordinate with temp agencies for home office staffing needs.

Track supervisor background checks.

Other special projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of similar experience or 4-year degree with a concentration in HR or related field preferred.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, the use of personal computers, and standard office productivity software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

Strong organization and project management skills; attention to detail; ability to problem solve.

Proven track record of providing responsive, timely customer support.

Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
