Oversee end to end Supply Chain Operations of Beverage Manufacturing (franchise and Co-manufacturer) from concentrate/ingredients, processing, production to delivery. Manage quality and food safety through collaboration with the franchise bottler related to process. Support commercialization/ qualification of new product innovation and package development. Engage bottler on productivity, projects, Capability building and manage all beverage protocols under PepsiCo to ensure compliance.

Oversee supply chain for concentrate management in collaboration with PGCS, & Delivery, Regulatory, Q&FS Compliance, New Innovation, Strategic Capacity & Capability Planning.

To ensure strict compliance of Co-Manufacturer operations with PepsiCo Q&FS; To provide inputs & drive continuous improvement or to improve efficiency and productivity in Make & Move operations.

Responsibilities

Quality and Food Safety

Drive Quality and Food Safety compliance in accordance to PepsiCo standard and specification align with oprganization’s AOP through the following:

3D Quality

Execute and manage 3D Quality Performance in collaboration with the Bottlers and Region.

Execute and monitor QAS audit in accordance to PepsiCo specification.

Execute deep dive assessment in collaboration with the Bottlers and Region.

Monitor progress and consult on CAPA execution in collaboration with the Bottlers.

AIB Food Safety

Execute and monitor AIB Performance in collaboration with the Bottlers.

Execute AIB pre-assessment Audits.

Consult and compliance decision on CAPA execution.

Ensure implementation of changes in AIB Audit guidelines and processes.

Suppliers Quality Audit

Consult execution for Supplier’s qualification, requalification and approval in collaboration with Region/ Global as needed.

Commercialization/ Qualification

Responsible to ensure effective execution of Qualification run and R&D trial in collaboration with Region/ Global and Bottlers in accordance to QA protocols and specifications.

Capability Building

Conduct Quality and Food Safety training to support Bottlers (e.g. CAPA, MCP, MSP, FSSC and other relevant training).

Others

Inform and consult Region updates on PepsiCo Document Management. Ensure on-time cascade of PepsiCo documentation requirements to the Bottlers.

Project Execution

Productivity

Support Bottlers to assess and execute actions to address production opportunities (Efficiency and Cost) if needed. Inform and consult execution in collaboration with Bottlers and Region.

Drive light weight initiatives – PET, preforms, glass and closure projects. Consultation, execute protocols and monitor progress in accordance to PepsCo standard.

Conduct productivity training - project management and lean six sigma for data collection, analysis and execution as needed.

Engineering – Support Bottlers in Engineering Project initiatives (Equipment improvement project). Consultation with the Region.

Product Innovation (Global & Region R&D) – execute qualification/ trial protocols in collaboration with the Bottlers. Consult and collaborate for execution of trials with QA Commercialization, R&D and bottlers for product innovation – new product/ flavor.

CQV – Drive execution to ensure systematic approach of CQV Process applicable to product, material, equipment projects that impact production and logistic system of bottlers. Consult execution in collaboration with Region/ Global (Quality, R&D, Engineering) and Bottlers.

Commisioning – Support Region/ Global during the initial set-up and line balancing to ensure line/ equipment capabilities (e.g. Dynamic check, Test runs, and others) compliance in accordance to PEP stndard as needed.

Qualifcation – Drive compliance to ensure that the total system meets Qualification performance criteria on product and performance has been measured, recorded and reviewed. Execute Quality protocols (Sanitation, Instrument Calibration and Product Quality ) and Micro validation to complete quality criteria and requirements. Inform and consult Region and Bottlers on qualification activities. Consult execution of training activities as prerequisites. Ensure availability and execution of operating manuals, protocols, drawings and other documentation. Collaborate with Region and PCPPI to complete any punch list items that has been developed and agreed upon.

Verification – Support Region/ Global to confirm on-going line capability (e.g. Quality, Efficiency, Reliabiility and others) to ensure sustainable performance. Coordinate with bottlers for the completion of vendor performance acceptance testing, evaluation, closure and update of CAPA and compliance to FR sampling. Consult and monitor execution of verification activities in accordance to PEP standard.

Supply Chain

Supply Chain concentrate - Support Bottlers in coordination with PGCS to ensure timely delivery of concentrates through reinforcement of on-time demand planning and forecasting. Inform and consult in collaboration with PGCS and Bottlers. Consult exection of concentrate order process and shipping in collaboration with PGCS and Bottlers.

Collaborate with PGCS regarding the submission of importation documents and other requirements for timely pull-out of shipment. Responsible to ensure execution and consultation with regards to shipping documents.

Responsible to ensure Bottlers and PGCS execute specific actions to address any customer related concerns.

Manufacturing

Support bottlers – Energy/ power, water and other sustainabiity projects through deepdive, assessment and project management in collaboration with Region and Bottlers as needed.

Others

FDA - Ensure compliance to Regulatory and Legal requirements. Support PCPPI on the application process by providing the requirements. Collaborate with Region SRA, Marketing, Legal and other Stakeholders on the necessary documents and justifications. Consult execution and monitor progress.

Qualifications

Educational Background

University degree in Engineering;

Work/ Career Experience

Minimum of 5 year managerial experience covering Supply Chain business process – Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Environment and Safety in an FMCG organization.

Exposure on Foods or Beverage manufacturing discipline; thorough understanding of the Foods and Beverage Industry.

Exposure in Quality, Food Safety and/or Integrated Management Systems and Processes.

Knowledge in Local (FDA, Customs) and International Regulations (ISO, CODEX) pertaining to beverage and snacks is an advantage.

Exposure to Supply Chain Management Basics

Collaboration Skills- Ability to work with counterparts and team of the franchise bottler, R&D, Region/BU Operations team.
