Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Mechanic with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working specifically with pavers, graders, and asphalt machinery. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the intricacies of these machines and a proven track record of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining them to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics on pavers, graders, and asphalt machinery.

Perform complex repairs and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks.

Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.

Provide expertise and guidance to junior mechanics when necessary.

Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technological changes related to pavers, graders, and asphalt machinery.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working specifically with pavers, graders, and asphalt machinery.

Strong diagnostic skills and ability to identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues accurately.

Proficient in using a wide range of tools and diagnostic equipment.

Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines related to machinery repair and maintenance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.

Pay starts at $30 + Per hour and based on experience
