Job Description
On-site Property Manager for 47 units, 6 buildings in Long Beach. All properties are located within 2 miles of the office. Improve your work life balance by reducing your travel time to and from work. Opportunity for advancement. On-line and in person training.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property
Supervise property staff
Communicate with senior property management personnel and property owners
Oversee accounts payable and receivable
Responsible for a positive and prompt response to requests from residents
Marketing and leasing vacant units
Unit inspections
Job Qualifications:
Well organized, calm and adaptable.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi-family management. Student housing experience preferred
Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
Excellent verbal, written & communication skills
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Compensation Includes:
$18.00 per hour
$2020 per month, 1 bedroom apartment for free (Fully Renovated!)

A compensation package valued at over $63,800 per year.
