Job Title: Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer (Static - Site based) Location: Central London, WC1 Salary: £45,000 basic salary per annum Benefits: Annual leave, Annual bonus’, overtime pay, training opportunities An exciting opportunity has arisen for a site based Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer to join a leading facilities management company in London.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to cover a building in Central London, providing maintenance and repair services for HVAC systems and chillers.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct maintenance and repair tasks on air conditioning units and chiller systems.

Perform minor electrical tasks related to HVAC equipment.

Covering central and greater London areas to service various client sites.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Complete all work in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements: Level 2 or higher in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration F-Gas Category 1 (2079) Proven experience as an Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and chillers.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
