Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in system administration, with a focus on Windows Server environments.
Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or Azure certifications are highly desirable.
Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Hyper-V virtualization, Active Directory design and management, and Office 365 administration.
Strong understanding of Azure AD integration and identity management principles.
Knowledge of server and Office 365 security best practices, compliance standards, and backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to deliver regular quick updates, system solutions, and communicate issues to Infrastructure team.
Project management skills and experience leading IT infrastructure projects
Ability to adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications (Optional):
Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) for automation and system administration tasks.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
