Service Manager

In this role, you will oversee the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the service journey. Service Manager Responsibilities:

Enhance Service Department efficiency for customer satisfaction, sales, and cost control.

Set annual Service Department goals and budgets in line with organizational objectives.

Develop and execute a marketing plan, monitor results.

Recruit, train, and retain key talent.

Coordinate customer events and negotiate service settlements.

Manage work-in-progress and rework.

Implement best practices and standardized processes.

Submit warranty claims on time and maintain service facilities.

Fulfill assigned duties.

Service Manager Qualifications:

5+ years of experience performing service repairs including CASE IH/New Holland.

High School diploma/GED required (Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred).

In-depth knowledge of agricultural equipment technology.

Supervisory or management experience.

Strong communication, math, and analytical skills

Team building and leadership skills.
