Total Wine & More is looking for a Paid Search Optimization Lead Analyst with expertise in Google/Youtube ads ideally with retail/ecommerce experience to join the Marketing Department and work onsite in Bethesda, Maryland. You will assume a pivotal position in steering our digital marketing initiatives by fine-tuning paid search campaigns to optimize brand exposure, margin, and revenue. Your collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in crafting and executing data-driven strategies tailored to resonate with our target audience, thereby contributing significantly to our overall business growth. You will be at the forefront of enhancing our online visibility and impact. Your expertise in project management and your ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams will be essential in driving the success of our paid search initiatives. You will report to the Director of Paid Search.

(Please note: we are a fully onsite workplace in Bethesda, MD. You would be expected to work 4 days/week in office. This is not a remote work opportunity. If you are currently located elsewhere, please include a cover letter providing your intentions to relocate to the Metro D.C. area).

You will:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, offering data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement,

Managing YouTube campaigns, analyzing video performance, and reporting.

Assist and collaborate with agency partners to support and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, etc.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with broader marketing goals.

Optimize and oversee product feeds to maximize visibility and relevance.

Communicate campaign outcomes, insights, and suggestions effectively to internal stakeholders.

Develop and implement a YouTube content strategy aimed at lead generation and driving store visits.

Conduct A/B testing to fine-tune ad copy, landing pages, and other essential campaign components.

Work with the marketing team to synchronize paid advertising initiatives with broader marketing objectives.

You will come with:

5+ years of proven experience in paid search marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce and retail PPC strategy development and campaign management.

Proficiency in Google Ads and YouTube Ads platforms

Experience with budget management, bid strategy and cost per conversion optimization.

Proficiency in using advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.

In-depth understanding of Google Ads, including account structure, networks, ad types, match types, targeting, and bid strategies.

Robust analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.

Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of making data-driven decisions.

Ability to work at our Bethesda, MD headquarters 4 days/week with option to work from home the 5th day.
