Payrate: $19-$25 BOE
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for coordinating, planning, and supporting daily activities as needed within our office facility. This role will be the first point of contact for office visitors, strategic vendors and service providers.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate office events, meetings, and employee team building activities.
Oversee badge access system, visitor access, and security entrance gate.
Communicates on behalf of the organization (inclusive of phone, email and written communication).
Analyze and generate data for various parts of the organization
Supports employee engagement and recognition activities.
Maintains and updates permits and postings on communication boards (inclusive of permits, licenses and compliance posters)
Manage employee uniforms – ordering, maintenance and design.
Orders and maintains inventory of PPE, cleaning, and all general supplies.
Oversees upkeep of facility and coordinate with strategic vendors and service providers.
Other duties as assigned.
