The non-exempt job classification is covered under The McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) and the contract's collective bargaining agreement (CBA). Service employees are compensated per the prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits that are set by the U.S.

Department of Labor (DOL) Wage and Hour Division's WDs 29 CFR Part 541 and 29 CFR 4.163(f), unless otherwise modified by a CBA between labor and management.

Job Summary Under direct supervision, assigns and dispatches motor vehicles and drivers to fill requests for movement of passengers and/or freight.

Essential Functions: Ensures that passengers and baggage are properly loaded and secured, and that the vehicle is not loaded beyond capacity Completes driver commitment records, dispatch documentation and preventive maintenance service records Performs driver maintenance in accordance with established rules and regulations May drive other sizes and types of vehicles on which trained and licensed when required by the workload Performs other related duties as required Supports Corporate Excellence in Customer Satisfaction Program Responsible for conforming to all safe work practices and procedures Understand and meet established productivity and quality control goals associated with assigned functional area/process Follow established guidelines in performing day-to-day routine tasks as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Manuals, and Audit Readiness standards, etc.

Understand the Acceptable Performance Levels (APL's) associated with assigned functional work areas/process and work expeditiously to meet contractual and team goals Adhere to government, contract, and company policies and procedures Ability to use e-mail to receive and disseminate workload tasks and information Maintain a safe and secure work environment Perform other duties as assigned in association with established Management and Contract Compliance Plan, and workload requirements, etc.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands The employee may often handle equipment/supplies weighing up to 50 pounds individually and occasionally items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance Able to exert moderate physical effort in the loading, unloading, and arranging of equipment/supplies as applicable to the position Ability to work inside and/or outside in dirty and dusty environments, and be exposed to hot, cold, damp, drafty weather conditions, loud work areas and around fumes Able to perform work on hard or uneven surfaces Able to sit, stand, squat, walk and drive in the performance of work Supports PTi's QMS, Safety, Environmental, and Security Programs, and other Company certifications and initiatives Qualifications Experience: Two years of driving experience with at least one year of experience in driving buses with a seating capacity of more than 25 passengers.

Must have a safe driving record.

Skills: Ability to effectively read, write and comprehend English written instructions, perform common mathematical tasks, and communicate effectively.

Must pay attention to detail and have excellent follow up skills Certificate, License, Registration, etc.: US Citizen Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance applicable to the position and/or military Common Access Card (CAC) within 30 days if required.

Completion of company-mandated training applicable to the position.

Must possess a valid state driver's license (Georgia/South Carolina Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with "P" endorsement.

Must possess or be able to obtain a military driver's license within 15 days for size and type of vehicle to be operated.

Must be medically qualified in accordance with company and government regulations.

Specific positions may require the individual to work rotating shifts.

Education High school graduate, GED, or three years of work experience that demonstrates the ability to write, read and comprehend written instruction documents, perform common mathematical tasks and to communicate effectively.
