Responsibilities:

Perform inventory control activities, including tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies.

Assist in the procurement process by creating purchase orders, communicating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders or specifications.

Accurately label, organize, and store materials in designated storage areas.

Prepare materials for distribution to internal departments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, logistics, and quality assurance, to fulfill material requirements and resolve any issues or delays.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of materials transactions, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.

Monitor and analyze material usage and consumption trends to optimize inventory levels and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and protocols in the handling, storage, and disposal of materials.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in materials management.

Qualifications:

Atleast a HS diploma

Some sort of materials management, shipping, receiving, inventory, etc experience

Some GMP knowledge/experience
